(13) UN Food System Dialogue - Cities2030 Vicenza Food Lab

The UN Food System Dialogue organised in Vicenza by the Cities2030 Vicenza Food Lab took place on May 30, 2024, hosted by the International Library "La Vigna".

It was an important opportunity for dialogue about urban food systems based on the United Nations format and on the collaboration between the Municipality of Vicenza, the International Library “La Vigna”, IPA Risorgive and the researchers from Està - Economia e Sostenibilità. 

The goal was to understand how the food policy designed by the city of Vicenza and the Municipalities of its Province can become a tool for promoting sustainability, innovation and transformation at environmental, economic and social level.
